Zoë has been contacted by The Royal Marines who loved her “Songs for my Sister” CD and have asked her to go to Portsmouth in January to sing with their big band.
Hopefully if all goes to plan she will sing with them in a concert they have planed for February 2006.
The Downs Syndrome Association of Northern Ireland have invited Zoë to sing at their ball on 28 April 2006 in Belfast Town Hall, Belfast, Northern Ireland.
On Sunday 18 June 2006 at The New Theatre in Oxford, Zoë will be putting on her first very own show "Zoë Mace & Stagecoach Charity Spectacular”
The show will consist of Zoë and her friends from 10 Stagecoach Theatre Groups, 800 children in total, from around Oxfordshire. There will be 2 performances, one matinee and one evening performance; all the money raised will be donated to 5 children’s charities: - The Oxford Children’s Hospital, See Saw, Helen House Hospice, The Downs Syndrome Oxfordshire Group and Interact.
The entire Oxfordshire media is behind the show, which has created an enormous amount of excitement!
Zoë was honoured when she received an invitation from Her Royal Highness The Countess of Wessex to join her at St James's Palace on Tuesday 24th January for a reception to celebrate Mencap's 60th Year.
